Territory Sales Manager

We have an immediate opening for a full-time remote Territory Sales Manager. We are currently focused on overall company growth, new business development, and nurturing positive relationships with new and existing clients. With this opportunity comes the chance to be part of an experienced, passionate, and mission-oriented team who are working hard to make an impact.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s mission and values
  • Advocate for sustainable practices
  • Raise awareness about the importance of eco-friendly packaging
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct outbound prospecting
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Achieve revenue targets and increase market share for packaging solutions
  • Organize and track client account information in CRM database
  • Meet assigned quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Travel to client sites to perform demos or nurturing activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and client services team on go-to-market strategies
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of B2B sales-related with a track record of meeting sales targets required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • CRM experience
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and green initiatives
  • Some overnight travel as needed up to 25%
